customers who purchase products have 24 hours to return the product(s) that has not been worn or broken or missing parts, excluding pistols of any kind.
Refund Policy - the basics
Students who cancel 48 hours prior to the class starting will be allowed a refund, those who within 48 hours will not be able to obtain a refund but will be allowed to reset training. students who start training and decide to withdraw will not be given a refund, those who fail testing will not be given a refund. equipment or products purchased and leave the store will not be given a refund if after 24 hours from purchased and not have been worn or missing parts.
What to include in the Refund Policy
products that are purchased and not have been picked up after 30 day and want a refund there will be a 20% restocking fee. products after 60 days will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be given. or non approvals will be charged 20% restocking fee.
